ProCharger has the answer to your Zetec woes.  With 8-10 psi from a C-1B head unit blowing air through a focus specific intercooler.  It's not uncommon to see horsepower gains of 65-80%.  These kits are tuner kits which means they do not include any fuel or ignition modifications.  This system comes with everything else you need to bolt on a complete kit.  The tuning part is up to you.  This kit uses the stock 6 rib drive system.  For polished head unit add $225.  For polished intercooler add $150.
