With the HO intercooled system you can gain as much as 60-85% horsepower on an 8 rib setup.  This kit will go to 14 psi and comes with a 2 core intercooler.  If that's not enough then you can go with the 12 rib HO system good to 20 psi, breathing through a 3 core intercooler.  On low boost(14 psi) it will usually easily majke 400+ horsepower.  If you still need more.  The Stage II will do just that.  It is available with a D-1 or D-1SC head unit and will make 15-25 psi and comes with a 3 core intercooler.  For polished head unit (P-1SC,P-1SC-2,D-1,D-1SC) add $250.  For 3 core intercooler upgrade on 8 rib HO kit add $345.  Sheet metal race intercooler upgrade from 3 core add $285.  Add $$450 for D-1SC upgrade from P-1SC head unit.  Add $785 for F-1 upgrade from D-1SC.

These kits come with a 12 month warranty and usually have an optional 3 year warranty for $49.  Some race kits only have a limited warranty.  HO kits with P-1SC head unit are 50 state legal (EO D-365-6).

Standard ProCharger bracket requires factory AC/PS. GT models can have either vertical or horizontal intercooler mounting.  Horizontal intercooler recommended for LX models.  Vertical mounting possible with modifications.  Vertical mounting required for all lowered vehicles.  Some kits require inner fender modification. For speed density cars(most 86-88) MAF conversion is recommended.  Ford racing part # M-9000-XXX.
