This HO intercooled kit for 2004-2006 Ford F-150 5.4 liter 3V is just what the doctor ordered. At 8-9 psi you can expect a horsepower gain of 60-65%.  This system comes with a P-1SC-1 head unit and standard 2 core intercooler.  This system uses an additional 6 rib drive system.  For polished finish to head unit add $250.  For 3 core intercooler upgrade add $345.

This kits comes with a 12 month warranty and has an optional 3 year warranty for $49(not available for tuner kit).   CARB EO is pending. 

A tuner kit, which excludes the fuel injectors, fuel system and computer tuning, is also available, and is otherwise identical to the HO Intercooled system.  You can upgrade to a D-1SC head unit on this tuner kit for $450.
